Power Banana Pancakes

Power Banana Pancakes are one of my favourite breakfast choices.  This recipe will describe a breakfast for one person.  1 serving will hold 750kcal of which almost 60gr of Proteines.  Ideal to start the day with a healthy power meal.

You need the following ingredients, a blender and a frying pan.

Preparation ( 15min)

1 banana
2 scoops of Oats ( 60gr)
3 eggwhites
1 scoop of Whey Powder Vanilla (30gr)
1 table spoon of Peanut Butter
Cinnamon
Stevia Sugar (0 kcal)
150ml Almond Milk
Pam Cooking Spray Olive ( Okcal)

Just get everything together in the blender. Blend till you got a good mixture and bake.

Enjoy your breakfast.
