Spaghetti Aglio E Olio #HealthyVersion

Spaghetti Aglio E Olio #HealthyVersion ( 1 person Serving ), is made with the following ingredients and is an easy way of getting your carbs up when doing carbcycling and you are in a Carb High Day.

I explicitly use the PAM Olive Oil Spray to reduce the Fat Percentage in the dish.

Ingredients

80gr Wholemeal Spaghetti
5g Garlic
80gr Cherry Tomatoes
80gr Rucolla Letice
100gr Sweet Paprika
5ml Olive Oil with Chilli Peppers
PAM Olive Oil Spray
10gr Formaggio De Pasta
Salt/Pepper

Preparation (15min)

Weigh all your ingredients carefully and line them up.  Next slice the Sweet paprika and the garlic in small fine chunks.

At the same time take a big pot, fill it with water, add a little bit of salt and 2 drops of Olive Oil and make the water boil.  As soon as it boils add the pasta to it.  You can decide how you want your pasta, but i prefer to have it al dente.  When the pasta is ready, put it aside a make sure all the water or most of it is gone.

Take a pan and spray PAM Olive Oil ( 3 sprays ) in it.  Put the fire on medium and add the garlic. Fry the garlic softly and add the Sweet paprikas.  Slice the Cherry Tomatoes in 2 and also add them.  Flavor everything with Salt and Pepper and let it softly fry.

Finally add the pasta to the pan and stir.  Also add the 5ml Olive Oil with Chilli peppers.

Take a plate.  Dress the rucolla, add the pasta over it and finalize it with the Parmesan Cheese.
